Ram and paste extrusion, in-process dimensional checks, and a batch record for every length. Every bore, wall and fitting is set by your media, temperature and pressure — not by what happens to be in stock.

01Inside the hose
Four layers, each with a job
- 01Virgin PTFE linerSmooth or corrugated bore — the only part your media touches. FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, inert to almost every industrial chemical.
- 02Stainless or textile braidSS304, SS316 or high-tenacity yarn carries the pressure: 207 bar working on a −3, 52 bar on a −20.
- 03Crimped ferruleA swaged sleeve locks braid and liner into a leak-tight, pull-out resistant joint.
- 04End fittingBSP, NPT, JIC, DIN or flanged, in SS304, SS316 or carbon steel — matched to what’s already on your plant.
